I have had a serious injury to both of my arms in 2018. I had little use of both of them until February 2021. I had many months of physical and occupational therapy which did help me. However, I continued to have a great deal of pain and limitation. We knew the scar tissue was the root of the pain. The doctor said,the next step is surgery to shave the scar tissue in certain areas.I did not agree with that. I started with Alex Weiss' body conditioning. I know using his gentle movements to incorporate the fascia has healed and dissolved 90% of the scar tissue as of the time of this writing. I am looking forward to the next couple of weeks and being 100% healed. Thank you Alex for sharing your knowledge and expertise.

I have been interested in the so-called esoteric side of Martial Arts, believing, as so many do, that there is more to Martial Arts than meets the eye or is formally trained in most clubs.
I have explored this and many who claim to have hidden knowledge are very expensive and some are dubious, but when I found out about Coach Alexander Weiss's website
www.bodyconditioningwellness.com I was delighted as it offered this so-called special knowledge in a large number of progressive follow-along videos on the Aiki methods, at an affordable price.
Two years prior to starting training with Alex, I was recovering from three months' hospitalization, which left me only able to walk eighty yards before the pain in my legs and body forced me to stop.
As I trained with Alex's method, I found the strength to walk further and further, the double sciatica and back pain has almost completely healed. Although I still suffer with pain and stiffness in my legs and feet, this has become a healing in progress, which has caused me to take Internal training or Body Conditioning, as Alex calls it, very seriously.
To help my recovery (I was determined to not end up in a wheelchair), I enrolled in a Tradition, Japanese affiliated and accredited Karate Club in London, GB, at the age of 64, one year before I started training with Alex. The training has enabled me to go from disabled to Green belt, 6th Kyu in just over eighteen months of training.
Although Alex teaches Aikido, the material in Body Conditioning Wellness is not only applicable to all Martial Arts, but everyday life and activity.
